However, registered shareholders enrolled in the companys Dividend Reinvestment Plan are eligible to purchase shares of Hormel Foods stock with investment fees paid by the Company. Through the Dividend Reinvestment Plan you can make recurring or periodic investments by automatic bank debit or by sending a check, allowing you to purchase full or fractional shares.   • Yes. Stockholders are allowed to bring their immediate family members to the annual meeting. Non-stockholder guests will be given a guest pass at registration
  • No. Guests are not eligible to receive a gift box at the annual meeting.
  • No, Gift boxes are available only to stockholders who attend the annual meeting. Gift boxes are not available outside of this event.
  • No. Only the stockholder who attends the meeting may pick up the gift box at the conclusion of the meeting.
  • No. If you own shares through your 401(k) plan, you are not the stockholder. You are a participant of the plan. The plan is the actual stockholder.
